Julius-K9 IDC Dog Powerharness
The Julius-K9 IDC Dog Powerharness is an extremely durable, premium-quality harness designed to provide both family pets and service dogs with a secure and comfortable fit. Available in multiple sizes and colors, this harness comes with interchangeable phosphorescent patches and a range of useful accessories to add versatility.
Continuously adjustable chest/tummy straps allowing precise fitting of the Powerharness to your dog’s shape and a breathable, skin-friendly Ökotex lining provide optimal comfort, while the reflective edging and chest strap ensure safety.
Featuring a heavy-duty buckle (crash-tested for durability), the IDC harness has a stainless steel (INOX®) ring for attaching the leash positioned at the back to ensure dogs find walking on the leash far more comfortable than with conventional collars. The back-handle grip (all sizes except Baby1 & 2) allows holding or lifting of dogs for short periods.
Even force distribution makes the IDC Powerharness perfect for home use and high-impact activities including walking on rough terrain, sports and use with working dogs.

Taking thorough measurements of your dog is essential for choosing the correct harness size. Place 4 fingers behind the front legs to find where to measure the chest (girth) for harness sizes 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4, and 2 fingers to take measurements for sizes Baby1 and Baby2.
Attaching the dog harness
When attaching the dog harness, special care must be given to the proper adjustment of the chest strap and the belly strap. If the straps are left too loose, the dog can even wriggle backward out of it. While a belly strap that is adjusted too tight is “only” extremely uncomfortable for the dog, the buckle of a chest strap that is adjusted too tight is under the armpits of the dog, and painfully rubs the skin.
When adjusting the straps, two things should be kept in mind:
1. The chest strap should be adjusted in such a way that you can fit four fingers comfortably between the front legs of the dog and the belly strap (for sizes Baby1 and Baby2 it is enough to leave a two-finger distance).
2. The belly strap is adjusted properly if you can slide your fingers under the harness on the back of the dog.
