Frequently asked Questions

We aim to process and dispatch your order ASAP. All orders placed before 1.00pm GMT Monday – Friday are posted the same day. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Please see shipping time HERE.
Depending on the delivery method selected, shipping times vary. To log into your account and see if your order has been dispatched please check HERE.

If the item is not a fit or you simply changed your mind, you have 30 days to return your unused items or unopned packages in case of pet food/treats order. To process return as soon as possible please fill out the return form that you can find HERE and enclose the form with the returned item, alternatively send us the form via email. Returns T&C apply. You can request to cancel the order HERE and we will do our best to prevent the order from being shipped. However, it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods (see the information for Our Online Returns Policy in the returns section).

Great news! All the orders are fully tracked. To track your order please enter your Order ID and press the “Track” button HERE.
