The simple answer is: if you can buy it from Petshop Direct you can use your Loyalty Points! So whether you want to buy a harness or you want to purchase a bag of food for your pet, your Loyalty Points can help.
HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS?
Once you complete a purchase on www.petshopdirect.co.uk, you will earn Loyalty Points, which you can use against future purchases from the Petshop Direct website. You can only collect points when you:
• Are a registered as account holder.
• Are logged in to your account.
What we mean
To make the terms easier to understand we’ve listed out what we mean by the words we use to describe the scheme:
“Points”: The points currency you can collect and redeem for rewards. Points have a set value which does not change. For every pound spend you will get one point. One point is worth £0.03 (3pence), so 100 points are worth £3.00. Points are inclusive of VAT.
“Member” or “You”: Any person registered with an account at www.petshopdirect.co.uk.
HOW DO I USE MY LOYALTY POINTS?
You can use as many as you have available by applying them on the final checkout page once you have confirmed your name and address.
NOTES ABOUT LOYALTY POINTS:
• They can only be redeemed against any purchase from Petshop Direct Online Shop (www.petshopdirect.co.uk)
• Loyalty points can only be redeemed by Petshop Direct members.
• They have a lifetime value of two years & must be redeemed during this time.
• They may not be redeemed for cash.
