• Order Confirmation: We’ll notify you via email or text message when your order is ready for collection, including the precise time slot.
• Stay Connected: Don’t forget to add your mobile number during checkout! This ensures you receive timely text updates on your order’s status.
• What to Bring: When you head to our shop, please bring a copy of your order confirmation. You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy as proof of purchase.
• Collection Address: Find us at Petshop Direct, Unit 6, 71 Mead Lane Industrial Estate, Hertford, SG13 7AX.
• Opening Hours: We’re open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Nominated Collector: Happy for someone else to collect your order? To protect you from fraud, your nominated person must present a copy of your order confirmation and their photo ID (passport or photo driver’s license).
• Collection Window: Your items will be held for 14 days. After this period, your order will be returned to stock, and a full refund will be processed automatically.
